Supporting commercial real estate’s next generation
A stronger, more diverse property industry starts with creating opportunities – and making sure people can see both these, and themselves within the industry.
That’s something we’ve been particularly excited to support our clients with this summer.
From FMX creating work experience opportunities and offering a hands-on introduction to the sector, and the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors launching its Livery Lite mentoring scheme, connecting experienced professionals with those at the start of their careers, to supporting the launch of Proper Job, a new data-driven, CRE-focused careers platform designed to matchmake candidates with SME property businesses without the need for traditional recruiters.
These were all different initiatives, but with the same goal: making the property industry more visible, accessible and inclusive to the next generation.
And marketing has a key role to play in this, too.
By showcasing the people behind their teams, sharing different career journeys and highlighting the opportunities available, property businesses can use their marketing strategies to help challenge perceptions of the industry – making it easier for people to see where and how they could fit into it.
We’re proud to work with clients who aren’t just talking about the future of property, but actively creating it.
