Hello, I’m Kat, Founder & Director of Spybey Digital_

We’re a digital marketing and social media agency, working with an extensive B2B client base across various sectors, but predominantly focused on the commercial property and retail industries. 

I started Spybey Digital 4 years ago, using my experience as a business journalist and editor, turned award-winning tech leader, to support clients in overcoming the digital hurdles that hold them back from reaching and surpassing their business goals. Here at Spybey Digital, we pride ourselves in offering our B2B clients creative solutions, born out of data-driven insights.

We’ve had an incredibly successful last 12 months, during which we have grown our client base, adding 3 new clients whose values and mission statements resonate strongly with our own. As a result, I’m very excited to be looking for new members to join our team.

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Digital Content Marketing Manager to support our current and future clients with unique, engaging and insightful content.

The role

B2B Digital Content Marketing Manager

Part-time (up to 24 hours per week)

Flexible and remote working encouraged

The candidate will initially focus on content creation across our client base, but in time there is scope for responsibilities to expand to include account management. 

As a boutique agency, I’m looking for someone who will thrive when delivering engaging content, have a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of analytics to inform content and campaign decisions. I’d love to find someone who also enjoys client engagement and would be open to the opportunity to support me with the wider business marketing, strategy and growth. A background in, or knowledge of, the commercial property and retail sectors would also be an amazing benefit.

I’m looking for someone who can work up to 24 hours a week (potentially to create a job share with existing Spybey Digital colleague Danielle). I’m flexible on how this time is split across the week, but ideally it will include the core hours of 9-3 on at least two days. Whilst the role can be fully remote, my ideal candidate will be based in or near Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire or London, so they can join client meetings where needed and so we can meet in person for monthly strategy meetings and lunch!

  • Essential:

    • Fluent written and spoken English

    • At least 3 years of experience working across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

    • Demonstrable experience in creating unique social media content for brands, ideally within the B2B market, including Reels

    • Knowledge of Google Analytics software

    • Proficient at creating social media imagery

    • Basic knowledge of SEO practices

    Desirable:

    • Knowledge of the commercial property and retail industries

    • Experience boosting posts and both creating and managing full paid ads across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

    • Confident using Canva to create social media imagery

    • Devise unique, engaging and insightful content ideas specifically crafted to pique the interest of Spybey Digital’s B2B clients, which are predominantly focused in the retail and commercial property industries

    • Identify and respond to news and trends within the relevant sectors to ensure clients are active in social media conversations relevant to their business and markets

    • Deliver these content ideas, ensuring all copy, imagery and videos are specifically designed to meet users' different requirements and preferences on platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Threads

    • Boost posts and create paid advertising campaigns across these social media platforms

    • Lead the social media community management for each client, responding to messages and comments and engaging with followers to boost engagement

    • Compile quarterly stats reports for each brand to brief clients on performance, growth and future recommendations across their social media channels

    • Attend monthly strategy sessions to map out client campaigns and support both client and Spybey Digital's business growth

    • Application and CVs reviewed

    • Initial chat - 30 minutes over Teams

    • Content creation challenge - a short brief will be provided with the chance to display your creativity

    • Interview with Kat Spybey - 1 hour over Teams or in person if local
