🎙️ Behind the mic: Creating a platform for conversations about diversity in the property industry

A couple of weeks ago, we joined our client, Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors, to record the latest episode of their Surveying the Future podcast, working alongside the brilliant Isabelle Jarvis. And it’s now live!

This episode brought 6 Liverymen together to tackle one of the biggest questions for property right now: How inclusive is the profession, and what still needs to change?

Chaired by Alison McDonald, alongside Jason Antill, Antonia Belcher, Nandi Mabaso, Michaela Bygrave and Tim Sketchley - thank you to the panel for such a candid and thought-provoking discussion.

One of the things we love about working with the Livery is their willingness to ask the bigger questions and bring different voices and perspectives into the conversation. This episode goes beyond simply celebrating how far the industry has come, exploring personal experiences, the challenges that still exist and the practical steps that could make a difference.

It’s also a great example of why we love helping clients create podcasts. Long-form content gives important conversations room to breathe - giving people the space to share experiences, challenge perspectives and dig into subjects that deserve more than a few lines on social media.

🎧 Worth a listen if you work in property - or care about the future of the industry.
