We may work within marketing, which is very much a ‘pink-collar’ industry, but in the world of real estate and property - the room often looks a little different.

We’ve built Spybey Digital on the belief that different perspectives lead to better results. While we value every voice - including the many incredible male clients and freelancers we partner with - our internal engine is proudly powered entirely by women.

And as a female-founded digital agency with an all-female core team, we’ve learned to navigate the gap between these two worlds. We don’t just "do" digital marketing; we bring a different kind of perspective and approach to what is traditionally a male-dominated world. The scene is very much improving year on year in commercial property, and it’s clear that bringing different perspectives into the conversation is only making the industry stronger.
